I found her at an estate and read the note. After reading it even though her skin is cracked all over and the doll is in poor shape I couldn't throw her away. After all there is a reason for the cracked skin from the note. So hoping someone will take her in and give her a new good home : )

It is an antique Composite Doll.The torso and part of the legs stuffed and made out of cloth.&nbs...p;In her back under the material is a round sound box of some kind. You can't see it since it is covered by her cloth body.
