THE BLADE IS VERY STRONG STEEL WITH INLAID AND CUT THROUGH MEDALLIONS AND BUDDHIST SYMBOLS. THE SHAFT STARTS WITH A BRASS OR COPPER DRAGON HEAD FROM WHICH THE BLADE COMES OUT, THE REST IS OF WOOD COVERED WITH STING RAY SKIN AND HAS BRASS MOUNTS AND A GUARD. VERY LARGE IMPRESSIVE WEAPON OF CHINESE WARRIORS. CONDITION IS FARE WITH MUCH PATINA AND AGE WEAR, SOME HEAVY PITTING TO THE STEEL. BLADE AND SHAFT ARE TIGHT. LIKELY 1800s TO BOXER REBELLION ERA.
