This is a very old but beautiful Chinese silk embroidered dragon robe. There is one silk strap at the front edge of the silk knotted closure (see photo detail). Note photos showing the condition: The folded edge of the blue silk on the sleeves has detached from its hem (see photo detail of this), but the sleeve fronts are intact. The under arm on one side has opened (see photo); note frayed section of blue silk sleeve edge. The robe is otherwise intact but for some loose metallic threa...ds.
