Antique c1915 ROBINSON Blue Decorated Stoneware Crock WATER COOLER; Holds 5 Gallons. Original spigot and wooden lid! Great piece!!! Has embossed blue figural scene of woman at the well on the front and blue decoration on the backside. It is SIGNED on bottom ROBINSON CLAY COMPANY, AKRON, OHIO (established 1850 and made these coolers from 1902 to 1920. The cooler has no chips, except for one on the underside bottom (see photos); but it does have some hairlines, one from the top that goes... 1/3 way down. The base / bottom is spidered, as well; they are more obvious on the inside but look like they have been there a very long time (see photos). These are very old hairlines (the piece is over 100 yrs old!), and it still displays perfectly! Size is 15" high including lid; and it is 12" diameter at top and bottom rim. Shipping in the continental US is by packaged weight, or it can be picked up in person in RI.
