Post Civil War Identification Badge. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. This is a nice identification badge for Henry A. Myers. He first served in the 133rd Division of the Ohio National Guard. He was then mustered in the 174th Regiment of the Ohio Infantry. He served in Company C. The 174th Ohio which was attached to the Department of the Cumberland. They saw action in Tennessee and in North Carolina in 1865. The medal resembles a 23rd Corp Badge and was probabl...y worn by Henry in post war parades. The badge appears to be made of German silver. This is a rare piece.
