THERE IS SOME VISIBLE SURFACE SCRATCHES AND SURFACE RUST TO THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS SOME SPOTTING ON THE LENS GLASS BUT HAS A CLEAR VIEW DOWN THE SCOPE.
