Vintage Khokhloma Russian lacquer wood hand painted canister with lid. Beautiful hand painted design uses red, black and gold colors. In good condition with age appropriate wear .There is normal minor chips on the edges of the lid based on the age of the canister and the bottom wood is slightly warped will not sit level. Lid fits the canister well and opens and closes nicely. Has a partial sticker on bottom. Not marked so maker and age unknown.
Measures 8" tall (not includ...ing the knob on the lid) by 5" round.
