ROBESON SHUREDGE USMC MK2 FIGHTING KNIFE " RARE FIND". Condition is Used. I have here a Robeson Shuredge USMC MK2 WW II fighting knife These knifes are the rarest KA BAR style knives issued for WW II Only 10, 000 of these were madeThey are hard to find in any condition because of their rarity.This example is missing the pommel and the two red spacers that were under the pommel.This was a common occurrence since Robeson was the only company that welded the pommel instead of pinning it on thus th...ey were often broken off.I am including a pommel , pin and 2 red spacers that i got from KA BAR Knife Company.I didn't do the repair so that a buyer can see the knife as is and can do the repair if they wish.It also comes with the original sheath with 9 rivets and the black single row stitching that was only issued with this USMC knife The sheath is missing the keeper strap and the tip is curled out from being used during the WW II conflictThere is some bluing on the upper part of the blade.Blade has scratches and nicks as shown in the photo's.This would be a fine addition to your WW II knife collectionPlease view all photo's, use zoom option and inspect the knife thoroughly.By bidding on this Knife you are agreeing with the photo's and my descriptionGood luck bidding more
