Antique KPM or KPM Style Porcelain Plaque in Gilt Frame. Does not appear to have the KPM marks but I have seen several others in the exact frame and round version of this frame sold as KPM online. It could very well be a KPM piece. Comes fresh from an estate, had been in their family for several generations.
There are two well done repairs on the frame, and one small dot on the plaque. The picture makes it look worse than it is. Otherwise good condition.

Update** I am told this is likely hutschenreuther, Check Republic around 1920 or 30s.
