Paper measures 10&15/16" x 7&7/8", please study pics carefully. Regarding the letter's contents, It appears that a man named "Alger" was to possibly be brought up on some kind of charges, or face some kind of trouble, and Mark D. Stiles (President of Mount Vernon Trust Co.-via research) was requesting assistance from former President Theodore Roosevelt. Overall uniform yellowing with foxing (tan-brown marks from age). Fold lines as it had been folded 4 ways(I will n...ot fold but send flat and in thick cardboard). Some of Roosevelt's signature bled through to opposite side (see final pic).
