This lovely 9th printing of Yeager: An autobiography has been signed by the General on the front endpaper with a brief inscription and Good Luck! In addition, Mr. Yeager's signature has been professionally authenticated by PSA/DNA and comes with their indisputable Certificate of Authenticity!
This book comes with a 1986 newspaper article from the March (Riverside CA) Press-Sentinel recounting Mr. Yeager's appearance at the airfield for filming. It's not clear if this was the actual time and place of the signing but it would appear likely to me.
Condition is very good inside and out with clean text and awesome photography. The boards have sharp corners and exhibit very little wear but the DJ image appears to be shadowed on the cover. The dust jacket is quite appealing despite some shelfwear (please see photos) and has been protected with a new mylar cover. My inv #Bk 5.
