Antique Meissen Crossed Swords Hand Painted Applied Flowers & Bugs Cup & Saucer. This piece is decorated with applied flowers and leaves on the outside of both pieces. There are also insects and flowers hand painted on both pieces. The cup measures 1 7/16" high and it is 2 3/16" in diameter. The saucer measures 1" high and it is 4 3/8" in diameter. The condition of this piece fair. There are several chips to the applied leaves a...nd one tiny nick to the table rim of the saucer. There are app. 25 small chips to the flowers and leaves on the saucer and app. 15 to the cup. I have photographed this but it is quite hard to see as most are quite small. Both pieces are marked with the blue crossed swords mark and each mark has a slash mark under it. If you have any questions please ask. I will combine shipping when possible.
