Offered in this sale is a group lot of five Meissen porcelain, 7-piece place settings decorated with the scarce Green Dragon Red Dot gold accent aka Green Court Dragon pattern. Included in the group are five each of the fo...llowing pieces:FIVE (5) DINNER PLATES - 10" DIAMETER
FIVE (5) LUNCHEON PLATES - 8 3/4"
FIVE (5) SALAD/DESSERT PLATES - 7 7/8"
FIVE (5) BREAD PLATES - 6 3/8"
FIVE (5) CUPS - 2 5/*" tall x 3 1/2" diameter
FIVE (5) SAUCERS - 5 5/8" diameter x 1 3/8" deep
FIVE (5) RIM SOUP BOWLS - 9 1/2" diameter x 2" deepEach of the pieces is marked on the back with a blue crossed swords mark. There are no scratch line in the glaze over the mark so these are factory first quality. I find that the added attention to detail of the red dots and gold accent to this pattern really makes it an eye catcher. The condition of all thirty five pieces is excellent. Like new. The set looks like it was never used. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration on any of them. In addition, there is no wear to the gilt or surface scratches, staining or under glaze crazing.
