The letter states:
This letter is to confirm the authenticity of a pair of Swarovski Crystal Socks worn by my long time friend Michael Jackson. In September of 2001 I was privileged to be apart of history when asked to help produce the "Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Special", which was made up of 2 sold out concert shows in New York at... Madison Square Garden. Being one of my most successful productions that I've taken a part in, I have many memorable pieces from the shows and from my man years of friendship with Michael. These socks were gifted to me by Michael himself through his designers Michael Bush and Dennis Tompkins. Recognizably, you can see various shots of Michael dancing with them on during performances of "Beat It", "Black or White", and "Billie Jean."
Included above is a picture of Michael wearing them during his performances of "Beat It", "Black or White", and "Billie Jean." This is a one of a kind item that comes from one of, if not the biggest concert that he ever performed in. Consequently if you were to go on YouTube and search, "Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Beat It" you will be able to watch him do his most iconic move of all time, the Moonwalk while wearing these beauties.
These socks shine so brightly when introduced to a light source. The pictures do not do them justice at all.
If you have any inquiries please let me know.On Oct-10-19 at 13:02:35 PDT, seller added the following information:Similar socks from a concert earlier sold at auction for $100, 000. I've added the picture from that sold auction.
