Has just been sitting since we bought it a few years ago. Will start right up and drive. Roof does leak and rear side needs repair. Needs muffler. RV Air works when plugged into electric, toilet and holding tanks work (with manual rinse if needed) electric works. Never used stove, fridge, water or heat so I’ll just say they don’t work. Clean Minnesota title. Will need tabs. Just drove home from Mellen WI. last weekend. Just noticed break issue when moving to the side of the house. Located in Fridley, MN.
