Some excellent quality bracket clocks please keep your eyes open over the next few months THE CASE This clock is a antique German 400 day anniversary skeleton mantel clock made in circa 1910 by the very well known and respected clock maker Gustav Becker. The clock is in totally original condition with a superb patina to the brass and still has its original victorian glass dome
This clock is constructed with the movement being the main vocal point of the clock, the movement sits on top of a 2 pillar portico design which gives the classic torsion clock design. The clock case has a brass base with turned decoration around the outer edge and which has a groove for the glass dome to sit comfortably in
The brass is all totally original and untouched so it has this superb age patina to it which is lovely to see THE DIAL The clock features a cream enamel porcelain dial with Arabic numerals and original hands. The dial is in good condition and signed by the maker Gustav Becker
THE MOVEMENT The movement is a 400 day duration spring driven with a anchor escapement which is in full working order as you can see and hear in the video above, the movement is stamped with both the makers stamps of the clock maker Gustav Becker
MEASUREMENTS The clock measures 11 inches high x 7.25 inches diameter and looks super impressive wherever it is displayed
APPROX DATE Circa 1910 This is a superb classic torsion clock and a beautiful display piece all totally original with the quality being second to none and will only significantly grow in value over the years to come

If on the rare occasion you receive a clock that has a problem or does not work after initial set up and adjusting by a professional person then we reserve the right for you to return the mechanism for repair by myself
There will be no refunds if the mechanism needs repair. I reserve the right for the mechanism to be returned to me for repair
I offer a 6 months return to base warranty on all my mechanisms (unless stated not working in description)
In case of a problem after a professional has attempted to set the clock up you can return the mechanism back to me for repair
Please do not take the mechanism to a local clock maker/repairer as this will render the warranty void. All repairs needed to the mechanism will be carried out by myself and not by a 3rd party clock maker/repairer unless agreed by myself beforehand. please contact me in the first instance to arrange return of the mechanism for repair by myself
Shipping the mechanism back to me will be at the buyers cost and i will pay to get the mechanism back to you after repair
