Any stamps valued over $30.00 must be sent via certified mail for US and registered mail for oversea to be covered by our private insurance.
Any shipments not sent by either certified mail or registered mail will not be cover by insurance incase the mail gets lost or damaged in transit.
And for high risk areas such as China, India, Indonesia, Russia (but not limited to), registered mail is required regardless of amount purchased.
