Exposition Cover, Russian Philatelic Society in China, Show Souvenir Sheet Scott 471, with INVERTED overprint in blue by the Society, with additional franking by Regional Surcharge issues, tied by Commemorative Shanghai TPO Show cancel and Shanghai dater 28 2 43. Reverse with additonal Show cancel and Shanghai daters. Very nice Russian/Shanghai Postal history and only a handful of inv...erted sheets known and extremely rare on cover. F-VF.
