The workshop was under the direction of Jean Kayser, while the design studio was set up by Engelbert Kayser (1840-1911).
A number of famous artists were employed full time by the studio, however it was Hugo Leven (the equivalent to Liberty's Archibald Knox) who was the main artistic director and designer. Kayserzinn's own lead free 'Kayser pewter' met with huge success at various world exhibitions in the early 1900s, and it is to this period that these three vases belong.
The vases all carry the Kayserzinn mark on the base, as well as the design number 4489, which is recorded as being by Hugo Leven. They are in good condition, with no damage, dents or cracks to the pewter, however all three have age patina on the surface of the pewter to various degrees (see photos).
